The School of Leadership is designed to shift people’s perspective on what leadership is. We can learn skills of leadership from the world, but we can only learn the heart of leadership from Christ. The School of Leadership is not another bible school, but rather a a tool for you to transform leaders in your church. It is our goal to help you develop leaders who are impactful in their homes, your church, and your community.

We have three goals at the School of Leadership at your church.

We want to redefine leadership. The world says leadership is about power, position and prestige which makes leadership all about the leader. We believe at the School of Leadership, “when you become a leader you lose the right to think about yourself.”

We want to elevate the voice of the Pastor. This gives pastors an opportunity to build leaders in their church and their community.

We want to raise up leaders in homes, in business, and in the community.
